We accept NO online payment methods.  If you'd like to set up automatic payments from a checking or saving account, please contact our office.  You can also set up payment from your bank's bill-payment system.  Please use your physical address as your account number.

 

Dues for 2026 are $153.25 monthly.  The annual fee for Recyclable Materials Offset AND a fuel surcharge will be billed in December of 2026.

 

There are no transfer or statement fees charged at closing.  Each property has a "working capital reserve" account worth three times the published dues at time of purchase.
