When in doubt, please ask if an application is necessary. Our process is rather simple and there are no fees directly related to gaining approval. Most applications will require a plot map which can be provided to you from our office. Please contact Gina at office@bluelakehoa.com or 970-963-1300.
Required set-backs
Front- 25 ft.
Sides- 10 ft.
Back- 12.5 or half the height of any building on the lot, whichever is greater. (County may permit +/- 1 foot on back of house set-back depending on shape of lot.)
