     Fence or major landscaping

 

When in doubt, please ask if an application is necessary.  Our process is rather simple and there are no fees directly related to gaining approval.  Most applications will require a plot map which can be provided to you from our office.  Please contact Gina at office@bluelakehoa.com or 970-963-1300.

 

Normal setbacks in the neighborhood are 25 ft. front; 12.5 ft. back; and 10 ft. on sides.  Some irregular shaped lots have slight variations of these.
