The Blue Lake Owners Association subdivision offers beautiful views of Mt. Sopris, our own Blue Lake with its beach, volleyball courts, gazebo, non-motorized boating, fishing, restrooms and a bike path that surrounds the Lake.
From the Lake you can also enjoy miles of bikes paths and two playgrounds within the Blue Lake subdivision.
